Feathered Family Inc.

DJ is an age unknown peach faced lovebird. He was relinquished to Feathered Family from Adams County Animal control as they do not have the facilities to properly care for birds and no owner had shown up to claim him. He did have a minor facial injury when he came to us, which was well scabbed over and on its way to healing already. It has healed very well at this point and you can no longer even see the damage in his feathers.

DJ is a bit hand shy at this point, but is learning quickly to enjoy attention. He very much enjoys interaction with other lovebirds and is doing very well in playing gently with them. We look forward to finding a wonderful home for little DJ, and would like to find a home with other lovebirds he can play with. However, it is important that the home be well aware of our no breeding policy.
